AI transparency

dronespotr.se uses AI in one place only: as writing help when you ask for a draft job description, quote or message. Here we describe how it works, what is sent, where the limits are and how we comply with the EU AI Act.

The key points

  • Only when you ask

    AI is only used when you click “Write draft”. Nothing is written, sent or decided automatically.

  • You have the final say

    The draft is labelled as AI and lands in your own field. You read, edit and send it yourself, and the operator always sets the price.

  • No names or contact details

    Only the job, your notes and the thread's latest messages are sent to the AI service – never names, contact details or prices.

  • A provider within the EU

    Drafts are written by a provider within the EU. The data is not used to train its models.

The EU AI Act

dronespotr.se uses an AI system within the meaning of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). Our assessment is that the writing help falls into the limited-risk category: it makes no decisions about people, does not rank operators or clients and is not used for profiling. The main requirements are therefore transparency – that you know when you are using AI and that AI-generated text is labelled.

Where AI is used

  • “Write draft” in the job form: turns your notes in “What do you need help with?” into a job description when you are logged in.
  • “Write draft” in the quote: turns the operator's notes in “What's included?” and the request into a quote text.
  • “Write draft” in the message box: turns notes into a message, or suggests a short reply to the other party's latest message.
  • AI is not used to match jobs and operators, rank profiles, assess reviews, check qualifications or make any other decisions.

Model and provider

Drafts are written by a language model provided by a supplier within the EU. The supplier processes data on our behalf and does not use it to train its models.

What is sent – and what is not

  • Job drafts: your notes, the chosen service and place, and whether time and budget are filled in (but not what they say).
  • Quote drafts: the job's description, service, region and preferred time, the operator's experience and qualifications, the proposed date and your notes.
  • Message drafts: the job's description, service and region, the thread's six latest messages and your notes.
  • Never: names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, the quote's price or anyone else's quotes. Contact details are removed from the texts before they are sent.
  • We do not store the texts that are sent or returned, only that a draft was created, when and by which account, so that we can limit usage.

Limitations

A language model can misunderstand the job, add details nobody has mentioned or phrase things in a way that does not fit. Always read the draft and edit it before sending. What you send is your own job, quote or message, and you are responsible for its content just as if you had written it yourself.

Human oversight

  • Nothing is sent automatically. The draft lands in your field and is only sent when you click Send.
  • The draft is labelled “Draft from AI” in the field, and you can undo it.
  • The operator always sets the price of a quote. The AI never writes a price.
  • You can always write everything yourself.

Safeguards

  • Notes are limited to 500 characters (1,000 in the job form), and texts from the request and the thread are shortened.
  • The texts are treated as data, not as instructions, and the reply must follow a fixed format. Anything else is discarded.
  • Contact details are removed both from what is sent and from what comes back.
  • There are limits on how many drafts each user, each IP address and the whole service can create per hour and per day, and the feature can be switched off immediately.
  • The key to the AI service only exists on our server and never reaches your browser.
