About the service
This English translation is provided for information only. The Swedish version of the terms is legally binding, and Swedish law applies.
dronespotr.se is a digital marketplace where clients (businesses, organisations and private individuals) and drone operators find each other. We handle contact, quotes and booking. Payment is arranged directly between the client and the operator. The job itself, that is the flight and the delivery, is carried out by the operator. The agreement for the job is made between the client and the operator when the client accepts a quote.
These terms apply to everyone who uses dronespotr.se. By logging in, creating a profile or submitting a job, you accept them.
Your account
- You log in with a link sent to your email. Anyone with access to your email can log in, so protect it well.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- The information you provide must be correct and up to date.
- You can close your account whenever you like under My account → My data.
For clients
- Describing a job and receiving quotes is free of charge. Describe the job so that operators can give an accurate quote.
- Quotes are given as a fixed price excluding VAT. You are not bound until you accept. When you accept, the job is booked, and the other quotes are declined automatically.
- Once the operator has marked the job as completed, you confirm that it is done. The operator invoices you according to the quote, and you settle payment directly with each other. dronespotr.se is not a party to the payment.
- Is something wrong with the delivery? Say so in the message thread before you confirm, or contact us.
- As long as you have not accepted a quote, you can cancel the job free of charge. If you want to cancel a booked job, what you have agreed with the operator applies, and you are welcome to contact us.
- If you are a private individual, you always have the rights that consumer law gives you.
For operators
- Having a profile and sending quotes is free of charge.
- To send a quote, you need an operator ID from your country's aviation authority (Transportstyrelsen in Sweden, Luftfartstilsynet in Norway, Traficom in Finland, Trafikstyrelsen in Denmark), a drone licence for the category the job requires and liability insurance that covers drone flying. You confirm that the details are correct, and if you change them, you need to confirm them again.
- You are responsible for carrying out the job in line with the applicable rules, for example on flight zones, permits, permits for publishing aerial images where required, and consideration for people who appear in the images.
- The quote is given as a fixed price excluding VAT and describes what is included. A new quote replaces the previous one as long as the client has not replied.
- You invoice the client yourself according to the quote. dronespotr.se is not a party to the payment.
- You are responsible for tax, VAT and fees for your jobs. You are not employed by dronespotr.se.
- We may review the operator ID and insurance and mark the profile as verified. The badge means that the details were correct when we reviewed them. It is not a guarantee of how a job is carried out.
Business confidentiality
- Quotes are confidential. A quote, with its price, approach and terms, is only shown to the client and the operator who made it – never to other operators or visitors. dronespotr.se only accesses it when needed for support or to investigate suspected misuse.
- As a client you may not share an operator's quote with other operators or third parties, for example to push the price down, without the operator's consent. Within your own organisation you may share it with those who need it to make a decision.
- Treat what is written in the request and the message threads discreetly and use it only for the job.
- When someone asks for an AI draft, the quote's price or anyone else's quote is never sent to the AI service.
Contact and booking on dronespotr.se
- All contact before booking happens in the message threads. Contact details such as email, phone numbers and web addresses are hidden automatically in jobs, messages and profile texts.
- Bypassing the platform is not allowed, for example by making a deal about a job directly with someone you have come into contact with here. If you do, we may suspend your account.
Content you post
- You are responsible for what you publish: profile text, images and messages. It must be true and lawful and must not infringe anyone else's rights, such as copyright, trademarks or people's privacy.
- Images and video in your portfolio must be your own or ones you have the right to use. People who can be recognised must have agreed to be shown.
- You keep the rights to your material. When you publish it, dronespotr.se may show it on the site and in our own channels, such as Instagram, to showcase your profile and the marketplace. If you remove the material, we stop using it.
- Posting illegal jobs, jobs that involve surveillance of people, offensive or abusive content, advertising or fake profiles is not allowed. We remove such content.
Suspension
We may suspend or restrict an account that breaches the terms, provides incorrect information or misuses the service. Think we have made a mistake? Contact support@dronespotr.se.
Liability
- dronespotr.se provides the meeting place but is not a party to the agreement between client and operator, and is not responsible for the deal between you, for example how the job is carried out, its quality, delivery, payment or disputes. The operator is responsible to the client for the job and for any damage caused during the flight.
- We do our best to keep the service working, but we cannot promise that it is always available or free of errors. We are not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit, except where the law says otherwise.
- If anyone makes a claim against dronespotr.se because of something you have published, or because you have breached the terms, you are responsible for it.
Personal data
How we handle your personal data and which cookies we use is described in the privacy policy.
AI drafts
- AI drafts (see AI transparency) are just that: drafts. You are responsible for what you send, even if you used AI to help.
- You may not use the AI feature in breach of the EU AI Act, or to create misleading, offensive or unlawful content.
Changes to the terms
We may update the terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. We announce significant changes by email well before they take effect. If you do not want to continue under the new terms, you can close your account.
Disputes and applicable law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the general courts of Sweden. If you are a consumer, you can also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).
