Let the jobs find you

Businesses, municipalities and private clients describe what they need – you get a notification when a job matches your services and regions. The profile is free, and sending quotes costs nothing.

More flying time, less chasing clients

  • Jobs that suit you

You choose your services and regions. When a job matches, you are notified right away, and operators close to the job come first.

  • Be seen where clients are looking

Your profile is shown on the pages for your services and regions, with experience and qualifications. Your name, photo and hourly rate are shown to logged-in visitors. Once we have reviewed your details, your profile can get the Verified badge.

  • You set the price

You send a quote with your own price, approach and date. The client compares and accepts directly on the platform.

  • Everything about the job in one place

Questions, quote, booking and delivery are collected in the same thread, so both you and the client know what has been agreed. You invoice the client directly, as usual.

What you need

Clients need to be able to trust that every operator flies legally and is insured. That is why your profile needs the first three items before you can send a quote.

  1. Operator ID

You are registered as a drone operator with your country's aviation authority (Transportstyrelsen in Sweden, Luftfartstilsynet in Norway, Traficom in Finland, Trafikstyrelsen in Denmark), and your operator ID is displayed on the drone.

  2. Drone licence

At least A1/A3. In Norway, Finland and Denmark, no licence is needed for a C0 drone under 250 grams. Flying close to people with a C2 drone requires an A2 certificate of competency, and jobs in the specific category require an authorisation or declaration from the national authority.

  3. Liability insurance

Insurance that covers damage to other people and their property, and that is valid for paid jobs. This also applies to drones under 250 grams – ordinary home insurance is rarely enough. In Denmark, professional pilots must also keep a flight log.

  4. Know the publishing rules

In Sweden, publishing aerial images may require a dissemination permit from Lantmäteriet. In Norway, there are sensor-restricted areas (NSM). If people are visible in the images, the data protection rules (GDPR) apply.

You are responsible for having the qualifications, permits and insurance that each job requires. Current rules are available from Transportstyrelsen (Sweden), Luftfartstilsynet (Norway), Traficom (Finland) and Trafikstyrelsen (Denmark). For publishing aerial images in Sweden, see Lantmäteriet (dissemination permits).
