Operators who offer the service in your region are notified right away, local and verified operators first. If you prefer to choose yourself, you can send a request from an operator's profile.

Ask questions in messages
Interested operators get in touch in your inbox on dronespotr.se, where you agree on location, timing and delivery. You log in with a link sent to your email – no password needed.

Compare quotes
Operators send quotes with a fixed price excluding VAT, what is included and a proposed date. You are not bound by anything until you accept.

Accept and book
When you accept a quote, the job is booked. The other quotes are declined automatically, and you and the operator can now see each other's contact details.

The operator flies
The operator carries out the job and delivers photos, video or data as agreed. The operator is responsible for qualifications, permits and insurance.

Confirm that it is done
Once the operator has marked the job as completed, you confirm that everything is done. You receive the invoice directly from the operator, according to the quote.

Log in with a link sent to your email and fill in your services, the regions you work in, your hourly rate and images from previous work.

Show your qualifications
Enter your operator ID, drone licence and liability insurance and confirm that the details are correct. This is required to send quotes, and verified operators are prioritised when jobs are matched.

Get jobs that suit you
When a job within your services and regions comes in, you get a notification. Under Jobs in your account, you see all open jobs that match your profile, and clients can also contact you directly through your profile.

Reply and send a quote
Ask questions in messages and send a quote with a fixed price excluding VAT, what is included and a proposed date. A new quote replaces the previous one as long as the client has not replied.

Carry out the job
When the client accepts, the job is booked and you can see each other's contact details. Fly, deliver and mark the job as completed.
Steg 6
Invoice the client
Once the client has confirmed that the job is completed, you invoice the client according to the quote. You settle payment directly with each other.

All contact and booking happen on dronespotr.se, so that both you and the operator have questions, quote and booking in one place and a clear record of what has been agreed. Phone numbers and email addresses are shown once the job is booked.
Can I choose an operator myself?
Yes. Search operators by service and region and send a request directly from their profile. The request then goes only to that operator.
Who is responsible for permits and insurance?
The operator is responsible for having the qualifications, permits and insurance the job requires. Operators must enter their operator ID, drone licence and liability insurance before they can send quotes.
Can I cancel a job?
As long as you have not accepted a quote, you can cancel the job in a message thread with an operator, or get in touch with us. Any pending quotes are then withdrawn.
